Contract To Close
What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A transaction coordinator coordinates the transaction process, including paperwork, communication with clients, and much more.
This position of Transaction Coordinator has been a well known concept, and because of the complexities of new rules and regulations has become a vital part of the process.

Realtors used to hire assistants to do these tasks, and they would get paid by the hour whether they had anything to do or not. Most Transaction Coordinators charge for each successful transaction their client closes instead of charging hourly. Saving you cash in the long run.
